Ten commandments of the thinking runner

On  September 8th, at 06.15 pm in Molveno, before the technical briefing for all athletes of the seventh edition of XTERRA Dolomiti di Brenta Trail, we will talk about training and preparation for trail running and the 10 “pillars”  of the “Thinking  (or almost “thinking” ) Runner” together with the team of Destination Unknown.

You are a beginner and you don’t really know how to start approaching a goal? Or maybe you’ve been running for a while, and you’d like to go faster than your friend who always burns you out in the end.  Maybe you’re already a tough guy, but sometimes you lose the way to solve a difficulty. Or you’re just curious about what a “Thinking Runner” is.

So come and hear the coaches of Destination Unknown Endurance. They will reveal their 10 “pillars” that every runner should consider when preparing for a race or even just to better enjoy every single ride.

The epochal revelation is not guaranteed, but at least we will have the time to clarify some doubts. As per DU tradition, it will be absolutely and delightfully informal.
